3 luni la RAPID! - Capitolul 1 (Stadionul - Catedrala Fotbalului Romanesc)
Nu, nu m-am inspirat in alegerea titlului dupa Jules Verne si a sa carte “5 saptamani intr-un balon” si nici nu am sa va spun lucruri ce tin de domeniul stiintifico-fantasticului desi, in multe situatii, lucrurile depasesc pana si aceasta granita.
Vreau sa va spun de la bun inceput ca acesta a fost visul vietii mele, ceva ceea ce cred eu, isi doreste orice rapidist, respectiv sansa de a putea fi implicat in mod direct in activitatile ce tin de echipa RAPID. Pentru mine, ziua de 8 noiembrie 2006 (culmea, ziua mea onomastica, a Arhanghelilor) a fost cea mai frumoasa zi din viata mea! Batusem literalmente palma cu George Copos si eram in al 9`lea cer (7th Heaven). E drept, de atunci si pana la numirea din 1 februarie au mai trecut cateva luni , timp in care am fost lasat sa fierb in suc propriu nemaiprimind nici o veste, dar ce mai conta!
Fara nici un fel de urma de ipocrizie vreau sa-i multumesc si pe aceasta cale acestui `von Manstein` al fotbalului romanesc (aka Georgel) pentru sansa oferita! De ce aceasta comparatie! Pentru ca Erich von Manstein era un exceptional strateg capabil sa obtina maximum de rezultate cu un minim de resurse! Ce oare poate fi mai evident decat faptul ca Rapidul, fara a beneficia nici pe departe de `inputurile` practic nelimitate ale Stelei de ex, reuseste sa obtina performante absolut uluitoare daca tinem cont de resursele alocate din punct de vedere comparativ. Deasemena, la fel ca si in cazul Generalfeldmarschall`ului, si Copos impune pe langa respect si o disciplina de fier. Am asistat cu un usor amuzament la o situatie in care un distins reprezentant al Rapidului se ruga sa nu fie masina domnului Copos la Crowne Plaza iar cand a zarit-o s-a panicat instant.
Vorba lunga, saracia omului! Sa trecem la concret!
1. Stadionul! Cum am mai spus, prioritatea numarul zero a Rapidului trebuie sa fie stadionul! Personal, ma credeti au ba, eu nu m-am dus acolo sa ocup un scaun ci sa ma implic activ pentru clubul meu! Primul punct pe lista a fost situatia stadionului! In momentul in care am ajuns la Rapid tocmai primeam o instiintare de la CS Rapid prin care eram informati ca nu vom mai putea juca in Catedrala intrucat nu ne respectasem nici macar minimul de obligatii contractuale pe care le aveam! Din luna august a anului trecut si pana la acel moment, absolut nimeni nu mai luase legatura cu proprietarii stadionului. Mai precis, nu se respectase unul din punctele contractuale privind afisarea a doua bannere cu MT/SNCFR/CS RAPID in incinta stadionului (valoare estimativa cumulata pentru cele doua bannere: cateva sute de lei).
Cum va relatam si intr-o alta postare, am vrut sa ma informez direct de la sursa, de la Minister, care este situatia! In acest sens, cu de la sine putere (recunosc, o prima mare greseala) am cerut o audienta in acest sens! Audienta mi-a fost aprobata intr-o zi de miercuri , exact cand jucam cu Argesul in Cupa la Ploiesti! Bineinteles am informat pe toata lumea despre ceea ce am de gand sa fac, intalnirea efectiva cu reprezentantii MT urmand sa aiba loc vineri in cursul saptamanii respective.
Ce vreau sa stiti: In primul si in primul rand, sub nici o forma, nu poate fi vorba de concesionare! Am spus-o si atunci, o repet si acum, nu poate fi vorba de concesionare! Singura posibilitate este aceea a unui contract de asociere in participatiune! Cei de la minister au fost foarte, foarte precisi! Indiferent de cine va fi ministru, lucrurile trebuie sa urmeze niste pasi! Noi, in prezent, nu l-am facut nici pe primul! Contractul de asociere in participatiune presupune , foarte pe scurt, un proiect in care noi, clubul Rapid, sa venim concret cu surse de finantare (cu banu`) pentru ceea ce ne dorim a realiza iar MT`ul , la randul sau, sa vina cu ceea ce poate oferi!
Declaratii precum cele ale lui Berceanu din vara trecuta: “Daca venea atunci (nr-in august 2006) i-as fi dat gratis stadionul” sau cele mai recente ale domnului Copos ”Am discutat cu domnul Orban si suntem foarte aproapre de a ajunge la o intelegere privind `concesiunea`” sunt, din pacate, vrajeli (n-am gasit alt termen). Sigur, cel mai fericit as fi daca m-as insela in aceasta privinta dar nu e cazul.
Vazand cum stau lucrurile in acest joc de ping-pong am decis o alta abordare, respectiv am contactat pe cei care se ocupa cu constructia/amenajarea arenelor sportive (a doua uriasa greseala pentru mine). Vreau sa va spun ca in prezentarea facuta celor pe care i-am interpelat am precizat foarte clar situatia din prezent pentru a nu lasa nici o urma de indoiala . Am primit un feedback pozitiv de la cei care, printre altele, au construit Noul Wembley, stadionul lui Arsenal cel nou s.a.m.d.
Am fost extrem de fericit atunci cand am vazut pretul unui stadion nou noutz si, credeti-ma, este o investitie ce se amortizeaza in maxim 5 ani (in 2 ani daca se participa in CL). Mai mult, si aici era uriasul avantaj, se obligau sa suporte o parte din investitie prin intermediul Barclays (Barclays Premier League sounds familiar?), iar firma urma sa fie un sponsor. Si mai mult, exista o mare flexibilitate - nu trebuia daramata arena ci, dimpotriva, se putea construi chiar pe durata campionatului iar termenul de finalizare varia intre 6 luni si 1 an / 1 an jumate functie de complexitatea proiectului.
Multe lucruri le-am spus si in postul `Huge potential` si daca este sa-mi para rau de ceva, ei bine, pe langa multe alte lucruri, acesta ar fi cap de lista! Din pacate, si-mi pare rau ca trebuie sa spun lucrul acesta, in toate initiativele mele vis-a-vis de stadion, nu stiu de ce, dar a fost invocata si mama mea si nu in termeni tocmai reverentiosi! Ii anunt ca eu sunt nascut prin cezariana, asta pentru a face trimiterea catre locul exact .
Stimati suporteri, repet cu riscul de a va plictisi, primordialul nostru obiectiv il reprezinta stadionul, un stadion care trebuie sa fie un adevarat complex multifunctional! Indiferent de diversiunile la care `von Manstein` este genial, nu trebuie sa ne abatem nici un moment de la necesitatea reprezentata de un stadion precum Marele Rapid il merita!
Legenda Rapidului, mitul Rapidului , tot ceea ce inseamna Rapid are stransa legatura cu Catedrala Fotbalului Romanesc! Fac aici o mica paranteza si dati-mi voie sa va marturisesc un lucru care m-a impresionat pana la lacrimi! Maestrul Costea, cel care a facut parte din legendara echipa a Marelui Rapid interbelic, imi povestea cu lacrimi in ochi secvente de pe vremea cand ii centra lui Baratki la poarta dinpre Teatru! Cata pasiune, cat respect….! Voi, cei ce mergeti la stadion, vedeti ca undeva,uitat la o casa de bilete de pe vremea in care fotbalul era o bucurie intre prieteni, este un batranel, atat de simplu, dupa voce, dupa port! Spuneti-i o vorba frumoasa, aratati ca va pasa, pentru el, aceste lucruri, aceste mici lucruri conteaza mai mult decat orice si retineti: ESTE CEL CARE A FACUT PARTE DIN MARELE RAPID - PRIMA ECHIPA ROMANEASCA AJUNSA INTR-O FINALA EUROPEANA SI SINGURA FORMATIE DISTINSA CU TITLUL: SPRE CINSTIREA CELOR CE LUPTA IMPOTRIVA HIDREI BOLSEVICE (acel titlu din sufletele noastre 41-42, nerecunoscut de federatie dar mereu in inimile noastre).

toate astea le stiam , din informarile tale periodice , unde sunt dezvaluirile , spune frate deschis ce panarame se ascund prin birouri ( una din ele e evident zotta ) , ce fel de om e copos , un agent deghizat in perceptia mea , cu scpoul de a ne distruge efectiv , lucru de care se apropie cu repeziciune , desi multi nu par sa realizeze …

Nu ne incalzesc comparatiile si metaforele,nu ne intereseaza de niciun strateg nazist.Vrem sa stim ce a fost acolo,cine te a impiedicat,de ce,cum.

Atletico, sa stii ca aceasta comparatie pe care am facut-o nu a fost un lucru de imagine sau ceva gratuit, dimpotriva chiar!
Copos este un mare strateg. Noi de exemplu sau eu mai bine zis as fi superfericit daca Rapidul ar castiga campionatul! Copos ar fi superfericit daca Rapidul ar castiga campionatul cu un volum de investitii sub cel al Stelei de exemplu. Mai concret, la acelasi volum investitional, faptul ca Rapid ar castiga nu l-ar entuziasma in aceiasi masura.
Revenind la stadion, fiti fermi convinsi de faptul ca domnul Copos dispune de posibilitatea de a ridica nu unul ci 10 stadioane! Unde ar mai fi insa placerea de a-i vedea pe cei de la Minister cautand solutii pentru a gasi fonduri?
Spun ca este un mare strateg pentru ca stie foarte, da foarte bine sa manipuleze orice situatie astfel incat, indiferent de deznodamant, el va iesi in avantaj. Vreti un recent exemplu: cazul Boloni! Domnia sa a mizat aici pe factorul emotional si a gresit. Imediat insa a redresat situatia, din mers as putea spune si a oferit o solutie prin care `a cazut tot in picioare`!
V-as invita sa va puneti o intrebare, respectiv, de ce considerati dvs ca domnul Copos este practic cel mai longeviv patron de club de la noi (nici Steaua si nici Dinamo nu se pot `lauda` cu o asemena performanta?
In alta ordine de idei, da Atletico, ai intuit foarte bine! La Rapid exista multa blazare. Sunt oameni care , rapidisti fiind cel putin in momentul in care au ajuns la club, au ajuns sa tina foarte mult la avantajele conferite de postura in care se afla. Exista insa si oameni exceptionali, oameni a caror coloana vertebrala nu s-a inclinat vreodata. Exista acea pasiune pe care o regasesti doar la rapidistii adevarati. Am fost fericit si onorat sa cunopsc astfel de persoane si le multumesc si pe aceasta cale pentru tot ceea ce fac ei pentru Rapid.
D`Artagnan, tu crezi ca mie imi face placere sa rememorez acele lucruri extrem de dureroase pentru mine? Absolut deloc, crede-ma, nu e nici un fel de mandrie si nici nu cer simpatia nimanui. Sa stii ca multi prieteni mi-au spus exact ceea ce imi spui si tu!

Domnule Fuior, trebuia sa gasesti vreo firma care sa ii dea cateva zeci de milioane lu porcos si sa ii mai faca si stadionul gratis, ca sa se poata el fali si lauda cate lucruri bune a facut. PE BANII ALTORA. ca peluza noua (ministerul), gazonul (ministerul), pro rapidul (loteria).
Asta a dat vreodata macar un dolar din buzunarul lui pentru echipa asta?

Salut Gabriel. Ai rezumat destul de frumos lucruri carora le-ai oferit un contur foarte diplomat.
Eu te apreciez pentru ca ai acceptat postul, te apreciez pentru scrierile tale, si mai mult de atat de apreciez ca esti primul suporter care a plecat dintre noi si s-a transpus conducerii Rapidului, cea cu care intram zilnic in conflict.
Personal, m-ar interesa sa aflu, daca s-a pus vreodata problema produselor si materialelor din comert. Esti de acord, ca pentru a avea un tricou original cu Rapid, trebuie sa ai pe cineva in conducere sa-ti fure unul?
Pentru doritorii de senzational, pentru cei care isi doresc ca Rassie sa se transforme intrun mare tradator, le-as recomanda sa se abtina de la comentarii inutile, atata timp cat mai exista oameni cu un caracter deosebit de puternic, cum este Fuior, care desi a avut in mana o functie ravanita de majoritatea dintre noi, a avut onoarea sa-si dea demisia, ce a reprezentat unica explicatie pentru situatia de astazi din clubul nostru.
Daca el n-a reusit, profesand pe acest domeniu, niciunul dintre noi nu o va putea face. Suntem prea mici , pentru o lume atat de mare.
Gabriel, considera-te un norocos ca faci parte din suporterii Rapidului care au intrat in istorie. Incearca sa-ti vezi de cursul normal al vietii.

ce se agita toata lumea pt stadion ca nu vafi sa fie niciodata cum ne dorim…pana nu ia copos ce isi doreste el (MILA DE LA ALTI) sa il ia moca…nu va fi sa fie cum ne dorim… Ce a vrut sa ne dea de inteles fuior ca nu are sprijin si nimeni nu va avea la rapid asa ceva de la Copos.
Suporteri cu inima mare si jucatorii ambitiiosi si o conducere de tot RAHATU sa nu zic pe romneste… Altceva…atat cat tp copos da cu banu el dicteaza si nimeni nu il va putea da la oparte…CLAR…un om fara ambitii pt rapid ci doar pt el… CLar nu e rapidist adevarat ci un alt ipostor dinamovist ce a secat Rapidul si ne seaca pe noi cand mergem la stadion si nu putem sa ilumple la meciurile mari ca nu mai avem nici macar scaune…

copos asta, mannstein al savarinelor de partid, ne mina spre un grup valoric in care vom face fata cu succes (poate) urziceniului, mioveniului, otopeniului … unde cred ca se baga bani mai multi.
nu se mai repeta fenomenul de a iesi campion cu un antrenor reciclat pe vremea aia (rednic) si doi oameni e gol cvasi-necunoscuti (niculae, bratu)

Gabriel, pot sa te intreb cam ce budget ai discutat cu Copos pentru departamentul de marketing? Cam cit ar vrea Copos sa investeasca in activitatile de marketing pe un sezon? Din cite stiu eu ca sa faci bani, trebuie sa investesti bani. Normal, departamentul de marketing este un “revenue source” si cu cit investesti mai mult cu atit poti sa cistigi si mai mult. Care sint primele 3 surse de venit la rapid?
In acelasi timp, cam cit este budgetul clubului pe un sezon? Stiu ca aceste date sint confidentiale, dar daca nu poti sa dai date exacte, spune macar aproximativ.
